Implement enterprise-grade security measures and input validation:

Security Features:
- Add Helmet.js for security headers (XSS, clickjacking, MIME protection)
- Implement rate limiting (5/15min for auth, 100/15min for API)
- Add Socket.IO JWT authentication middleware
