Add audit logging to:
- WebhookHandler: connect/disconnect, receive, not_found, denied, HMAC verified
- HeartbeatMonitor: start/stop, cycle, check, fail, recover
- GmailWatcher: connect/disconnect lifecycle events

All automation events now captured in audit log with proper context
