Add hook handler that forwards OpenClaw agent events to the agentmon
ingest endpoint for monitoring and observability.

- ansible/playbooks/files/agentmon-hook/: Ansible-deployable hook
- openclaw/hooks/agentmon/: Hook installed in OpenClaw instance
