fix: add standard mobile-web-app-capable meta tag

- Add mobile-web-app-capable meta tag to all HTML templates
- Fixes deprecation warning for apple-mobile-web-app-capable
- Maintains backwards compatibility with Apple devices
- Updates index.html, templates.html, and editor.html
