- Remove redundant files: AGENTS.md, INSTRUCTIONS.yaml, instructions.mdc
- Create comprehensive CONTRIBUTING.md with all development guidelines
- Add simple documentation index at docs/README.md
- Update main README to reference consolidated docs
- Remove implementation notes and release summaries
- Keep only essential, current documentation
