- 3 advisors (Pragmatist, Visionary, Skeptic) + 1 Referee subagent
- Default: parallel + synthesis flow
- Prompt templates in references/prompts.md
- Model tier selection based on topic complexity
- Added TODO tasks for personality depth and skill name revisit
