  • Built safer local equivalents instead:
    • skills/swarm-kubectl-safe
    • skills/whisper-local-safe
  • Decision rationale: avoid force-installing flagged third-party skills in this environment.
  • Revisit policy: we may revisit those flagged skills later after manual security review and explicit approval.
